Return Period
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. The return period begins on the date you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Items returned after the 30-day period may not be accepted, and we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that appear to have been used, damaged, or altered.
Cost of Return Shipping
If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the return authorization number with your return
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
Please do not return items without first obtaining a return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)
- Items that have been altered or modified
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items purchased from third-party sellers or marketplaces
- Gift cards or promotional items
General Legal Requirements
This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional return rights, those rights are in addition to the terms stated here.
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. This right applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with this return policy.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return it following our standard return process.
Custom orders may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of order placement.
Refund Procedure
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return after we receive it. Once processed, refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will include the purchase price of the item, minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error). Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you received a discount or promotion on your original purchase, the refund amount will reflect the actual amount you paid, not the original listed price.
In the case of a partial return (returning some items from a multi-item order), the refund will be calculated based on the returned items only.
